Our culinary team cooks for you - always seasonal and fresh from the market.

Our specialties are: fresh, poached or roasted trout, rack of lamb Provençal, Lammcarré provenzalische Art, sliced veal liver with rösti potatoes as well as the freshly prepared salads and specialties from Grisons such as Capuns (dumpling pastry with meat in chards coat gratinated with butter and Parmesan) or Pizzochels (dumplings with curly mint in onion butter) cooked according to age-old recipes.

We will happily offer you an individual menu for your birthday or family party, your wedding or anniversary, your class reunion or other events. Also for tourist organizations we offer the ideal menu suggestions.
